Restoration
Over the past ten years, thousands of homeowners in the old founding Valley neighborhoods, have renovated their rambling ranches in the suburbs, and re-crafted old bungalows downtown. Providence Renovation has built its reputation as a dependable painting company in the Arizona during this era of radical expansions and retro-redux remodels.
Today, we continue to restore and paint homes from Avondale to Chandler. From quaint two bedroom cottages to stucco castles with 18-foot ceilings. Whatever the size or style home, we are committed to providing our customers with renovation results made to last.
The following are “Steps of Success” we complete for every interior and exterior job:
- Wash/clean all surfaces and inspect for damage, wear, and stability.
- Replace unserviceable substrates with improved materials.
- Fill cracks and holes, and repair damaged surfaces and textures.
- Apply primers on repairs, new materials, and where needed.
- Inspect and test repairs, and new installations.
- Apply paint, stains, and finish applications.
- Supervisor inspects property for quality and completion.
- Customer inspects property with supervisor.
- Customer completes Providence Customer Survey.
- Providence representative will call customer within one week after job is finished to ensure complete satisfaction.
